Ayming UK is looking for an R&D Consultant to join our thriving team in the heart of London. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Client facing: Client relationship building throughout the sales and production process. This includes regular correspondence for claim-related information and liaising directly with government task authorities on their behalf.
- Subject matter expert: A technical understanding of your specialism, with working knowledge of consulting processes.
- Report and claim management: Support in creating structured claim reports, R&D project descriptions and justifications, and claims adjustments based on determined tax liability.
- Aware and informed: Well-versed in current affairs and innovative development across key global sectors.
Qualifications
- Consulting Experience: 1–2 years in consulting or R&D, with backgrounds from IT/Software industries welcomed.
- Strong Academic Foundation: Technology-related bachelor’s degree (e.g. Computer science, IT, etc).
- Collaborative & Dependable: Works well in teams, aligns with client needs, and follows structured methodologies.
- Proactive Learner & Problem Solver: Demonstrates curiosity, critical thinking, and initiative in tackling challenges and learning about R&D tax.
