About the Role
As Product Marketing Manager, you'll be the guardian of the AYMES brand, responsible for shaping and delivering winning marketing strategies across our product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Medical Nutrition, you'll work cross-functionally to elevate our brand, drive engagement, and support an ambitious new product development (NPD) pipeline. You'll blend data-driven insight with creative storytelling, ensuring our products resonate with customers and stand out in a competitive market. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone self-motivated, organised, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities
- Translate company strategy into a compelling, growth-focused product marketing strategy
- Build deep understanding of customers, competitors, and market dynamics
- Use insights and data trends to respond to market changes and competitive activity
- Plan and deliver impactful, multi-channel engagement campaigns
- Develop scalable, repeatable content that drives engagement
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Manage product lifecycle planning and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with product development, pricing, and commercial teams
- Develop branded collateral and sales enablement materials
- Measure marketing performance against KPIs and ROI
- Manage agency relationships, budgets, and output
- Support research initiatives and strategic projects
- Stay close to portfolio performance, budgets, and P&L
- Collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders to align on customer needs
