About the role

We are seeking a highly commercial and strategic CRM Manager to own and evolve our customer relationship strategy. This is not just a marketing execution role; it is a central commercial function focused on maximising customer lifetime value, accelerating new business acquisition, and strengthening our market position.

You will be the architect of our customer engagement model, using data-driven insights to segment our audience, personalise communications, and design campaigns that directly contribute to revenue growth and customer retention. You will take full ownership of our marketing automation platform to ensure our CRM system is a powerful engine for commercial success. Full 360 Customer engagement enhancement and optimisation is key.

Person Specification: Essential Experience & Skills

  • Degree essential: (BBA, BCom) Business/ Commerce/ Marketing
  • MBA – Marketing (if not in the Bcom degree)
  • Certification essential or on the job experience to the same: Pardot platform
  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketing operations/ CRM management
  • Proven Experience: Significant experience in a commercially-focused CRM role, ideally within a B2B environment, the healthcare sector, or a similarly complex, relationship-driven industry.
  • Strategic Mindset: Demonstrable experience in developing CRM strategy that directly impacts commercial goals, not just executing campaigns.
  • Pardot Expertise: Hands-on experience managing and configuring Pardot (or a similar advanced marketing automation platform like HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Data Proficiency: Strong skills in database management, segmentation, and interpreting data to derive actionable commercial insights.
  • Working and current GDPR Compliance Knowledge and understanding: In-depth understanding of GDPR regulations, legislation and practical experience implementing compliance within marketing activities and platforms compliance.
  • Excellent Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a professional audience.
  • Results-Driven: A track record of improving customer engagement, retention rates, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Experience working with or selling to the UK NHS.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM integration.
