The Senior Commercial Marketing Manager (Product/Brand) will be experienced in and bring strategic vision to shape and lead the commercial marketing strategy across our product portfolio. Acting as the key link between product innovation and the commercial team, this role plays a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet the needs of the customers and are positioned for long-term success.

The Senior Commercial Marketing Manager will take ownership of the end-to-end marketing strategy for core product ranges—from defining value propositions and pricing strategies, launch plan strategies and shaping the roadmap, through to creating compelling messaging and driving impactful launches. Your insight into the customer landscape will be critical in ensuring our approach to pricing, placement, and promotion resonates with key decision-makers such as medicines management teams, pharmacists, and commissioners.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Degree level qualification: Business/Commerce (BBA/BCom), Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years in a Senior Commercial and Product Marketing Manager role
  • Proven Team management experience
  • Substantial experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or portfolio management within the UK healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the NHS and its decision-making structures.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact.
  • Strong background in creating value propositions and messaging for healthcare audiences.
  • Experience in influencing product development and managing products across their lifecycle.
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work across R&D, Commercial, and Regulatory teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, clinical evidence, and competitor insights.
  • Highly commercial, with the ability to develop new ways to drive revenue and increase profits.
  • IT literate across all Microsoft 365 platforms including TEAMS
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fully remote environment
