What You'll Do
- Drive BI strategy and oversee our Customer Data Warehouse, source systems, and predictive analytics roadmap
- Own the insight plan, unifying data from multiple sources into a single source of truth (Qlik or similar)
- Manage key BI systems (Qlik, Salesforce, SAP Business One, Pardot) and champion best-practice tools
- Deliver regular insight debriefs and act as the go-to voice of the customer for major decisions
- Ensure GDPR, ISO27001 and FOI compliance across all data and systems
What You'll Bring
- Strong SQL/MySQL and advanced Excel (VBA) skills
- Experience with BI/visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar)
- Proven ability to interpret complex or imperfect datasets and turn them into clear business stories
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with budget/financial experience
- A degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience) and a proactive, self-starting mindset
