Welcome to a role that requires previous management experience and the ability to train staff. You will assist in ensuring we are meeting our clients’ cleaning expectations whilst operating in a professional manner, and you are passionate about delivering a personable and reliable service to our clients. We expect you to contribute to the team and promote our company values, be friendly, polite but assertive, and remain professional.
Role Specifications
- All round cleaning experience
- Able to work on own initiative and manage own time
- Able to communicate effectively to the clients, colleagues and management team
- Good knowledge of health and safety and COSHH
- High standard of personal hygiene and appearance
- Ensure the company’s health and safety and environmental policies are adhered to
- Deal with any complaints/issues from customers immediately and report directly to your supervisor
- Be flexible to work additional hours in order to cover holiday and sickness within the team
Role Requirements
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have a good understanding of written and spoken English due to health and safety on sites
- Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained at all times
- Uniform provided and specified is worn with care, cleaned and ironed
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday 7:00 am – 10:00 am
