Role Summary

We are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor in Bristol (Cabot Circus). The successful candidate will demonstrate management experience, train staff, and ensure client cleaning expectations are met in a professional manner. You will deliver a personable, reliable service.

Responsibilities

• All‑round cleaning experience
• Work on own initiative and manage own time
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management
• Good knowledge of health and safety and COSHH
• High standard of personal hygiene and appearance
• Adhere to company health, safety and environmental policies
• Deal with any complaints/issues from customers immediately and report to supervisor
• Be flexible to cover holiday and sickness within the team

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK
• Good written and spoken English (health and safety on sites)
• High standard of personal hygiene at all times
• Uniform will be provided; keep it clean, ironed and worn with care

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday 07:00‑13:00 (35 hours)
