We are currently partnering with Major Tier One M&E Contractors delivering some of London’s most prestigious commercial and residential new-build projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced M&E Construction Manager to join our expanding teams.
With major schemes across Central London, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead large-scale, technically complex developments from pre-construction through to handover.
Projects Include:
- Commercial office developments
- High-end residential new builds
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of M&E packages on major construction projects
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered on programme
- Oversee site coordination, quality, and health & safety compliance
- Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning processes
- Drive projects from tender stage through to completion and final handover
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 4 or Level 6 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience delivering M&E packages on major construction projects
- Strong track record working on Central London developments
- Experience managing teams and coordinating across multiple disciplines
- Strong understanding of site delivery, programme management, and M&E coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
