Due to continued growth, they're looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major development in Canary Wharf.

What You'll Be Doing

\n

You'll take full ownership of a significant mechanical package worth £+40M, leading teams from pre-construction through to successful handover.

\n

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the complete mechanical delivery of a flagship project.
  • \n

  • Leading and mentoring engineering and site teams.
  • \n

  • Reporting directly to the Project Director on progress, programme and performance.
  • \n

  • Building strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
  • \n

  • Driving quality, safety and commercial success throughout the project lifecycle.
  • \n

  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
  • \n

  • Strong Mechanical Building Services or M&E background.

  • Infrastructure and commercial new build experience

  • Proven experience delivering mechanical projects valued at £15M–£20M+.

  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • \n
