Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a specialization in Building Services to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in designing, developing, and optimizing HVAC, cooling, and other mechanical systems that are essential to Commercial or Hotel projects operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and optimize mechanical systems including HVAC, cooling, and ventilation for data centers to ensure optimal operational performance.
- Conduct load calculations, energy analysis, and equipment selection to meet the stringent demands of Commercial or Hotel projects with electrical, structural, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of all building services.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and manuals.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues, implementing improvements to maintain high standards of reliability and efficiency.
- Ensure that designs comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Engage in project management, overseeing installations and testing, and coordinating with contractors and clients to meet timelines and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., LEED AP, CEng) is a plus.
