We are currently partnering with two Major Tier One M&E Contractors delivering some of London’s most prestigious and high-profile projects. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to join our expanding teams.
With major M&E schemes across London valued at between £20 - £35 Million Worth of Mechanical and Electrical, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to large-scale, technically challenging developments.
Projects Include:
- Commercial office/ CAT B fit-out
- High-end residential buildings
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering Electrical packages on major construction projects
- Support Project Managers with the coordination of Electrical services
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered on programme
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and commissioning plans
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and site teams
Requirements:
- Background in Building Services, Electrical Engineering (HNC/HND/BEng/Masters)
- Minimum 18 months’ experience within the Building Services industry
- Experience across commercial, residential, or data centre projects (preferred)
- Strong understanding of M&E coordination and site delivery
- Experience with technical submissions, RFIs, and pre-construction processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Location: Central London
Salary: £40,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience)
