We work in Real Estate and the Built Environment — with the developers, contractors, consultants, engineers and asset managers who design, build, finance and manage the infrastructure that makes the real economy function. That is a broader canvas than it sounds. The last three years have seen one of the largest waves of capital investment in physical infrastructure in a generation. AI-ready data centres are being built at scale across Europe and North America — facilities that sit at the confluence of technology, energy systems, real estate and civil engineering, and that require an entirely new vocabulary of skills to deliver. The energy transition is reshaping how buildings are powered, heated and connected. Our job is to understand them well enough to place them precisely, and to understand our clients well enough that every introduction we make is one they trust. That is a more interesting brief than most people expect when they hear the word recruitment. WHAT THE ROLE ACTUALLY INVOLVES At entry level you would join as a Talent Specialist — the first level on our ten-level career framework. The work is candidate-facing. Your job is to find talented people, understand them properly, and connect them to opportunities that genuinely fit. You will spend a great deal of your time in conversation. On the phone, on video, in person. You will need to earn their trust quickly. That is challenging work, and it is interesting work. You will not be working alone or in competition with your colleagues. Aylin White does not operate a 360-desk model where individuals fight over the same clients and candidates. We hire people who care — about the work, about the people in it, about doing things properly. WHAT YOU WILL GET BACK · A clear path.
