About the Role:
- £60m M&E package over four blocks for a major pharmaceutical company
- Project will take two years, but with follow ups in the same location
- Reporting to an experienced, electrically biased M&E Manager
- Taking part in procurement, design reviews, subcontractor management
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding the entire mechanical/ HVAC package from a quality, programme and cost perspective
- Working with subcontractors to avoid issues, prepare them for hitting programme and advise them on best practice if needed
- Work with the electrically biased Lead M&E Manager
The Person:
- We are looking for someone from either a Mechanical Project Manager or experienced M&E Manager/ Building Services Manager/ Technical Services Manager background
- Bias must be mechanical with an understanding of electrical installations
- ONC or above is preferred, but experience is key
- Must have worked on one full lifecycle health or pharma project, from start to commissioning
- Must be able to commute to Surrey long term
£80,000 base plus travel and benefits
