Aylin White are working with a main contractor that specialise in delivering complex health and pharmaceutical projects for repeat customers. They align themselves closely with clients, understand what is needed and the timescales and put together the right team to deliver it.

About the Role:

  • £60m M&E package over four blocks for a major pharmaceutical company
  • Project will take two years, but with follow ups in the same location
  • Reporting to an experienced, electrically biased M&E Manager
  • Taking part in procurement, design reviews, subcontractor management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the entire mechanical/ HVAC package from a quality, programme and cost perspective
  • Working with subcontractors to avoid issues, prepare them for hitting programme and advise them on best practice if needed
  • Work with the electrically biased Lead M&E Manager

The Person:

  • We are looking for someone from either a Mechanical Project Manager or experienced M&E Manager/ Building Services Manager/ Technical Services Manager background
  • Bias must be mechanical with an understanding of electrical installations
  • ONC or above is preferred, but experience is key
  • Must have worked on one full lifecycle health or pharma project, from start to commissioning
  • Must be able to commute to Surrey long term

£80,000 base plus travel and benefits
