MEP BIM Coordinator London £40/ hour - Outside IR35 Long-term contract Due to a major commercial development project win, we are looking for a BIM Coordinator to join a specialist MEP design consultancy, on a project currently progressing through RIBA Stage 5.
The Company Specialist MEP design consultancy delivering coordinated building services solutions across commercial and mixed-use developments.
Strong pipeline of live projects moving through detailed design into construction.
Collaborative, technically-driven team working closely with engineers, consultants and contractors.
Key Responsibilities The MEP BIM Coordinator will be responsible for producing and managing coordinated Revit models and construction-level drawing packages across MEP disciplines.
The MEP BIM Coordinator will be required to lead clash detection and resolution, working closely with engineers and design teams to resolve spatial and buildability issues.
The MEP BIM Coordinator will be expected to liaise directly with BIM Leads, engineers, consultants and contractors to support delivery through Stage 5 and into construction.
Skills and Background Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks, with experience producing construction-ready MEP models and drawings.
Proven track record delivering projects through RIBA Stage 3-5 within building services or MEP coordination.
Experience working on commercial or mixed-use developments preferred.
Confident communicator, comfortable working across multiple disciplines and coordinating with wider project teams.
