Our client are a major construction and engineering contractor with a strong facilities management arm. They have a great staff retention rate, give opportunities and look after staff. They are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager from an installtion background. Our client have an ongoing contract in a healthcare environment and are winning a number of schemes with M&E values from £50k to an extreme of £15m (more often to £2m) so need a mechanical project manager. These are generally set up with an exisiting supply chain partners so delivery by the mechanical project manager should be as smooth as it can be. This role will involve the mechanical project manager helping procurement and supply chain teams, creating relationships with supply chain, value engineering and managing subcontractors.
