Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting an Operations Administrator to join our client base in Aylesbury.
Hours: 9 am-5 pm or 8 am-4 pm
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Duties:
- Processing of orders
- Processing of invoices
- Order materials and supplies
- Managing fleet
- Update service accounts spreadsheet
- Generating quotes for customer
- Provide client updates via email and phone
- Manage contractors
Requirements:
- Customer Service and Administration experience
- Able to manage multiple tasks
- Confident in Microsoft packages
