Aylesbury High School is seeking an HR Officer on maternity cover to oversee all HR operations within the School, driving HR policies and projects to deliver best HR practice. The role is line managed by the Chief Financial Operations Officer and starts in November 2026.
It is a 30-hour-per-week position over 39 weeks of term time, with two additional weeks in the holidays (one during the last week of the summer break).
