We are looking to expand our team with a Transport Division Project Manager & Business Developer UK to join our office in LONDON and work on a major railway infrastructure project.
What will you do?
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- Market research and development of commercial strategies (target sectors, key services, target clients, etc.).
- Identification and tracking of opportunities, as well as studying delivery models and client/partner evaluations.
- Assessment of key market players (e.g. contractors, designers, etc.).
- Networking and attendance at industry events and informative meetings with suppliers.
- Preparation of presentations as per project and client requirements, managing Ayesa's references and capabilities, etc.
- BID MANAGEMENT
- Support for coordinating, planning and preparing bids.
- Competition analysis.
- Developing and articulating winning themes for bids.
- Coordination of financial & technical proposals and contributions from production teams.
- Managing the legal and commercial review of contract terms and conditions.
- Gather customer feedback from all bids, won or lost, and facilitate continuous improvement through internal lessons learned sessions.
- Maintaining the Salesforce database and opportunity trackers.
- PROJECT CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT
- Support in reviewing and monitoring project performance in terms of: Contract & Financial Management of the projects (project performance, budget vs cost, invoices, collections, contract negotiations, etc.).
- Quality and Risk management.
- Ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with Ayesa's procedures.
What are we looking for?
- Education: Civil engineering, Architecture or similar.
- 12-15 years of experience.
- Experience and background in the engineering sector, preferably in transportation projects.
- Experience in the UK and Ireland market.
- High English level.
- Based in London.
