Are you ready to lead the design of bold, future-proof Major Project Engineering across the UK’s commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors? Ayesa is looking for a Project Planner to join our dynamic team in London. You will drive high-impact projects from concept through to construction and help grow our Major Projects engineering capability in the region.

Responsibilities
- Creation, management, and optimisation of project schedules to keep complex design programmes on track.
- Working in close collaboration with the project management and design teams.
- Monitoring the progress of tasks, maintaining the programme to the latest information, and providing forecasts for future resource needs.
- Developing, updating and maintaining detailed project programmes in alignment with contractual requirements.
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure milestones are met.
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and proposing corrective measures.
- Providing accurate forecasting to support cost, resource, and delivery planning.
- Communicating programme performance to clients and senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years’ proven planning experience in UK/Ireland projects.
- Proven experience of using Primavera P6 in a live project environment.
- Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and industry standards, including critical path method (CPM) scheduling.
- Able to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience working on large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- Experience working on rail or water projects.
- Knowledge and understanding of NEC contracts.
