Are you ready to lead the design of bold, future-proof Major Project Engineering across the UK\’s commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors? Ayesa is looking for a Project Planner to join our dynamic team in London. You\’ll drive high-impact projects from concept through to construction and help grow our Major Projects engineering capability in the region.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Planner you will be responsible for the creation, management, and optimisation of project schedules to keep complex design programmes on track. Working in close collaboration with the project management and design teams, you will monitor the progress of tasks, maintain the programme to the latest information, and provide forecasts for future resource needs.
Develop, update and maintain detailed project programmes in alignment with contractual requirements.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure milestones are met.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose corrective measures.
Provide accurate forecasting to support cost, resource, and delivery planning.
Communicate programme performance to clients and senior management.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of three years\’ proven planning experience in UK/Ireland projects.
Proven experience of using Primavera P6 in a live project environment.
Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and industry standards, including critical path method (CPM) scheduling.
Able to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience working on large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
Experience working on rail or water projects.
Knowledge and understanding of NEC contracts.
