Are you ready to lead the design of bold, futureâproof major infrastructure projects across the UK's commercial, residential, and infrastructure sectors? Ayesa is looking for a Document Controller to join our dynamic Major Projects team based in Farringdon, Central London. You'll drive highâimpact projects from concept through to construction and help grow our Major Projects engineering capability in the region.

What You Will Be Doing
- Issuing of documents to the client and other external stakeholders, following the approved processes and procedures.
- Uploading incoming documentation to the relevant filing system.
- Populate and manage the Master Information Delivery Plan, ensuring all documents have a valid document number.
- Management of CDE's, such as Asite and ProjectWise.
- Ensure document registers are kept up to date, and archiving systems are in place.
- Perform audits and compliance checks on documents as required.
What You Bring
- Minimum of two years' relevant experience in document control roles.
- Strong working knowledge of CDE's such as Asite and ProjectWise.
- Detailâoriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and guide team members effectively.
- Strong administration skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel.
- Experience working on largeâscale civil infrastructure projects.
- A relevant, industry recognised qualification or previous training.
