What You’ll Be Doing
- Contribute to structural designs across a variety of challenging, high-profile projects
- Work on both permanent and temporary works, ensuring all solutions are robust, creative, and buildable
- Carry out site inspections and ensure design is implemented correctly during construction
- Solve real-world engineering problems with a blend of creativity and technical knowledge
- Assist with tender documentation and contribute to project bids
- Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within project scope
- Monitor design standards, health & safety, legal, and environmental compliance
- Work on iconic and meaningful engineering projects across the UK and globally

What You Bring
- A minimum 2:1 degree (BEng or MEng) in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Solid knowledge of structural design in steel and reinforced concrete
- Strong report-writing and presentation skills
- A commitment to continuous learning and achieving Chartered status
- Understanding of current Codes of Practice, Eurocodes, and Health & Safety regulations
- Effective communicator—able to build strong relationships with clients and teams alike
