Ayesa is looking for a Document Controller to join our dynamic Major Projects team based in Farringdon, Central London. You will drive high-impact projects from concept through to construction and help grow our Major Projects engineering capability in the region. What You Will Be Doing
- Issuing of documents to the client and other external stakeholders, following the approved processes and procedures.
- Uploading incoming documentation to the relevant filing system.
- Populate and manage the Master Information Delivery Plan, ensuring all documents have a valid document number.
- Management of CDE’s, such as Asite and ProjectWise.
- Ensure document registers are kept up to date, and archiving systems are in place.
- Perform audits and compliance checks on documents as required.
What You Bring
- Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in document control roles.
- Strong working knowledge of CDE’s such as Asite and ProjectWise.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and guide team members effectively.
- Strong administration skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel.
- Experience working on large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
- A relevant, industry recognised qualification or previous training.
