Position

As a valued member of our CAD and BIM design team, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate and coordinated 2D and 3D models for use across multidisciplinary engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed design drawings, 3D models, plans and cross-sections using AutoCAD and Civils 3D
• Lead the preparation of conceptual and construction-ready drawing packages
• Work independently with a strong sense of ownership over your deliverables
• Collaborate with engineers and fellow technicians to meet project deadlines and quality standards
• Follow Ayesa’s Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Contribute to project delivery and innovation across the design process

Requirements

What You Bring

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience producing technical models and drawings using AutoCAD, with 2-5 years’ experience in industry
• Strong knowledge of structures, earthworks, or infrastructure design desirable
• Experience with reinforced concrete detailing tools like Multi-RC or CADS RC (desirable)
• Ability to manage workload effectively and deliver to tight schedules
• Awareness of health and safety practices in design
• Willingness to learn, take feedback, and contribute positively to team culture
