Buscamos ampliar nuestro equipo de Obras Hidráulicas, con base en la oficina de Madrid o Sevilla, con un/a Project Manager Senior de Obras Hidráulicas Internacional, con amplia experiencia desarrollando proyectos de ingeniería de abastecimiento, saneamiento y depuración de aguas.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de:
- Planificación, coordinación, ejecución y control de proyectos hidráulicos internacionales de gran envergadura.
- Dirección integral de proyectos de obras hidráulicas (abastecimiento, redes de saneamiento, EDAR, ETAP).
- Gestión técnica, económica y contractual de los proyectos.
- Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares y subcontratistas.
- Relación directa con clientes, autoridades y stakeholders internacionales.
- Elaboración y seguimiento de planificación, control de costes y reporting.
- Supervisión del cumplimiento de normas de calidad, seguridad y medioambiente.
- Liderazgo en entornos multiculturales y proyectos ejecutados bajo estándares internacionales.
Requisitos:
- Titulación de Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos (o equivalente a Ingeniería Civil Superior).
- Entre 12 y 20 años de experiencia demostrable en la gestión y/o el diseño de obras hidráulicas de envergadura.
- Experiencia sólida en abastecimiento, saneamiento y depuración.
- Experiencia internacional imprescindible, especialmente en países anglosajones (Reino Unido, EE. UU., Canadá, Australia, etc.).
- Conocimiento de contratos y marcos internacionales (FIDIC u otros equivalentes).
- Inglés fluido a nivel profesional.
- Nivel conversación (B2) de español y profesional en inglés.
- Alta capacidad de liderazgo, comunicación y toma de decisiones.
