Requirements:- Degree and a few years of experience in Engineering
- Experience in engineering and technology consultancy or management/strategy consulting firms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.

- Sales & Business Development: Managing commercial activities aimed at acquiring new projects; Creating new business opportunities with prospective clients and account management; Managing relationships with existing clients and identifying market opportunities; Driving innovation with customers through creative solutions.
- Business Unit Management: Managing and developing a team of consultants; Overseeing the budget and financial performance of your business unit; Monitoring profitability and supporting the growth of your business area.
- Recruiting & Talent Management: Identifying, attracting, and recruiting new engineering talent; Supporting consultants in their career development in collaboration with the HR team; Ensuring ongoing follow-up and engagement of consultants.
