AYBL is seeking an exceptionally talented Menswear Designer to strengthen our product offering from concept to booking. You’ll work with the team to shape the menswear direction, balancing technical understanding with commercial awareness and brand standards.
You’ll collaborate with Womenswear, stay ahead of trends, and produce mood boards, CADs, patterns and tech packs that drive high sampling hit rates. This role is based in Redditch with scope to travel for collaboration.
