Main Purpose of the Role

The Brand Executive is an entry-level role within the brand team, providing foundational support across brand activations, photoshoots, campaign coordination, and day-to-day brand administration. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about brand and marketing and is looking to begin and build their career in a dynamic, creative environment. The Brand Executive will learn the fundamentals of brand management while delivering practical support that keeps the team running effectively.

Responsibilities Duties

  • Support the brand team with the day-to-day administration and coordination of brand activities and campaigns.
  • Assist with the organisation of photoshoot logistics, including sample management, supplier communication, and preparation of shoot materials.
  • Help maintain and update internal brand documents, trackers, and filing systems to keep information accurate and accessible.
  • Support the coordination of content and assets, ensuring they are organised and distributed to the right teams at the right time.
  • Carry out market research tasks as directed, collating information on consumer trends, competitor activity, and industry news.
  • Assist with the raising of purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Help draft basic copy for internal communications, social media, or other brand channels as required.
  • Support the planning and on-the-day execution of brand events and photoshoots.
  • Build familiarity with brand guidelines and ensure all materials produced adhere to them.
  • Assist with influencer seeding coordination, gifting administration, and event logistics as needed.
  • Help with the management and co-ordination of internal events, contributing to idea generation through to execution, including logistics support and liaison with relevant internal teams.
  • Provide general support to the wider brand team across all activations and projects.

Person Specification

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Some experience in a marketing, brand, or creative environment through internships, placements, or entry-level roles is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on varied tasks.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for brand, marketing, and the relevant industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
