Summary:

This is a brand-new and exciting role at AYBL Group. As our Photographer, you\'ll play a pivotal part within the Brand & Marketing team — planning, capturing, and delivering exceptional imagery that brings our e-commerce, campaigns, product launches, and events to life. This role will help create bold, scroll-stopping imagery that inspires and elevates our brands, setting the standard for visual storytelling.

Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and you\'ll be the one capturing the imagery that shapes how they see, connect with, and experience our brands — making this role a key part of delivering the AYBL Group vision.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Assist in planning photoshoots in line with company objectives and upcoming projects.
  • Manage in-house studios and photography equipment, ensuring everything is in proper working order.
  • Conduct e-commerce photoshoots and produce product content for website, social media, digital, and print usage.
  • Participate in scheduled photo and video shoots at our in-house studios, across the UK, with opportunities for international travel.
  • Support wider teams with prop sourcing and equipment hire for each photoshoot.
  • Prepare locations and shoots to ensure setups meet the requirements of each photoshoot.
  • Shoot brand product launches and campaign photoshoots across multiple platforms (website, social media, digital, and print).
  • Assist with and manage the post-production retouching of e-commerce images.
  • Retouch launch and campaign photoshoot images as needed.
  • Meet deadlines for visual assets and deliver high-quality edited content.
  • Provide creative input to brainstorm new ideas and visual concepts to enhance all brand imagery.
  • Research new photography styles and trends to enhance visual output.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of photography equipment and techniques.

Experience

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a similar photography role, whether in an agency, freelance, or in-house setting.
  • Candidate should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in photography or a related field.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing the creation of visual content that effectively supports brand objectives and engages target audiences.
  • Advanced knowledge of photography equipment, including Canon systems, and expertise in best photography practices.

Person Specification

  • Passionate about the fitness/athleisure/fashion industry with a strong interest in photography, videography, and visual content creation.
  • In-depth knowledge of photography, Adobe Creative Suite, and high-end equipment (including speed lights and lens filters), with the ability to execute a photo brief to a high standard.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively while working independently or as part of a team.
  • Committed to enhancing brand visual identity with creative input and proactive problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Confident, self-motivated, and proactive in delivering high-quality results.
