Supported by local stocking, assembly, and testing facility, the business is uniquely positioned to offer high-quality, competitive pump solutions faster than many of its competitors.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of a critical territory spanning Southern & Eastern England, where you will lead sales efforts with key utility clients including Anglian Water, Southern Water, South West Water, Thames Water, and Wessex Water. This role is ideal for a technically capable and self-motivated sales professional with proven experience in pumps or fluid handling systems. Operating largely independently, you will be instrumental in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and increasing market share across your region.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve territory targets.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities.
- Business Development
- Expand client base by engaging end users, OEMs, contractors, and distribution partners.
- Focus on strategic accounts with high growth potential.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Deliver on-site technical presentations and provide after-sales support.
- Product Promotion
- Promote the full range of the company's pump products and services.

Requirements
- Industry Experience
- 5–10 years of B2B technical sales experience within the pumps, water utility, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Track record of working with UK municipal clients, particularly water companies.
- Territory Knowledge
- Based in or near Southern & Eastern England.
- Able to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Technical & Commercial Skills
- Strong understanding of pump technologies and their applications.
- Commercially savvy with solid negotiation and client-facing experience.
- Personal Attributes
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
