Join our team as our new Senior Inside Sales Representative!
You will be a part of a global professional team, handling the activity at the very beginning of the Sales cycle and working on a big segment of customers to create new business opportunities for the company.

1-2 Days Onsite per Week (Minimum)
Responsibilities
- Prospect, plan, qualify, develop, prove and close opportunities;
- Manage forecasts, close deals, and track customer data using standard customer relationship management (CRM) tools;
- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and bookings commitments;
- Coordinate activities with clients and strategic partners to further establish Axway’s penetration within the existing customer base;
- Establish strong relationships with key executives at strategic accounts;
- Get access to power on the business and IT sides;
- Determine the sales approach to sell complex IT solutions;
- Hunt new prospects and develop them;
- Work in collaboration with AE;
- Manage the forecast and commit on it;
- Develop a strong customer satisfaction culture;
- Articulate value proposition and understand the power map on each opportunity;
Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales successes in a software company is a plus;
- Experience using “hunting” sales skills;
- Ability to create and execute complex sales strategies;
- Strong interpersonal communication (written and oral) and presentation skills are required;
- Possess an acute sense of urgency;
- Intellectually curious;
- Able to travel as required;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Dutch and English;
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Salesforce. com (SFDC);
- Nice to have a relevant university degree in business, sales, or marketing. Advanced degree in business management or marketing is also desirable;
