Overview

We are seeking our new Senior Field Marketing Manager to join the SBS team!

The ideal candidate must be a great communicator and deliver a mix of marketing programs across direct sales teams and partners. They must have a proven track record of executing go-to-market strategies using integrated marketing channels and key messages that solve problems for their customers. The ability to establish strong relationships with sales organizations will be a vital key to success.

Main Objectives

  • Build and manage marketing programs and campaigns in support of the company solutions line, with a focus on pipeline creation
  • Create end-to-end campaigns, determining the right mix of demand generation channels and tactics
  • Set, monitor, and review key metrics and results

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic field marketing campaigns
  • Develop campaign brief – goals, objectives, audience/segmentation, target results, budget
  • Project manage the campaign, determining elements, channels, and stakeholders
  • Determine appropriate content for the campaign and how those assets will be used across tactics
  • Execute, optimizing for effectiveness as needed. Manage budget and reporting. Conduct a postmortem for impact and ROI
  • Proactively engage with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the marketing impact.
    • Attend sales leadership meetings and help drive engagement
    • Understand sales org and account alignments with reps
  • Proactively engage with inbound and outbound business development teams. During your campaign and/or activity planning, clearly define the follow-up and utilization of the business dev teams.
  • Drive strategic Account-based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
    • Determine ABM strategy priorities for each sales team.
    • Develop campaign, manage rollout, review, and interpret insights for impact
  • Become well-versed in the intent data tools and the insights provided. DemandBase One, TechTarget, ZoomInfo, and G2
  • Identify partner marketing efforts that are needed to support your assigned sales team
  • Event Management
    • Ideate, plan, organize, and host webinar programs, including setup, registration, promotion, moderation, execution, follow-up, and analytics
  • Develop a strong understanding of the target market, personas, and associated buyer journey
  • Develop a strong understanding of Axway solutions and related verticals that your sales team is supporting
  • Work collaboratively with the other regional marketing leads to develop best practices.
  • Partner with the Digital team to execute media, social, and nurture programs
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • 5 plus years of demonstrated track record of successfully defining, launching, and executing demand generation strategies with excellent results as part of a Marketing Organization
    • \”Can-Do\” attitude with good communication skills, including in writing and using social media, who enjoys dealing with many different stakeholders
    • Knowledge of CRM and Marketing Automation systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, Outreach
