You will ensure our learning offer—from curated third-party content (including LinkedIn Learning) to in-house courses and virtual ILTs—is well-structured, governed, and reliably delivered, so employees can easily discover and access the right learning at the right time. Acting as the single point of accountability, you will coordinate vendors, facilitators, collaborating closely with our Learning Experience team and HR stakeholders to shape, execute, and continuously improve learning programs, applying strong operational discipline while helping HR turn intent into durable solutions. As our learning ecosystem evolves, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to digital innovation, including AI-supported experiences and new learning technologies.
Responsibilities
- Engage with HR and business stakeholders to intake and clarify learning needs.
- Execute and manage your learning program end-to-end, from intake to deployment and maintenance.
- Drive execution of the 14-step workflow with clarity and discipline.
- Source, curate, and structure content so employees can find and access it independently.
- Coordinate and launch engaging virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions.
- Use KPIs to monitor, improve, and report on program performance.
Qualifications
Must-haves
- 4+ years in L&D with a focus on curating, facilitating, and designing HR or employee-facing training programs.
- Instructional design background or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- A consulting, solution-oriented mindset: you ask why before designing how.
- Discipline in applying governance, workflows, and documentation.
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders across regions and domains.
- Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms: Workday and Docebo preferred.
- Ability to interpret learning data and KPIs to inform decisions.
- Ability to translate HR priorities into clear learning needs, briefs, and measurable outcomes.
