The Working Environment
Based in London, you will join a dynamic team of 50 talented professionals passionate about marketing, digital innovation, events, content, design, and AI, all driven by a strong customer-centric mindset. While most of the team is based in France, you will also work closely with colleagues across Europe and North Africa, including London, Madrid, and Tunis, giving you valuable international exposure. Responsibilities
- You are able to prioritize tasks and clearly distinguish between urgent and non-urgent matters.
- You are comfortable handling confidential information and can react efficiently to unexpected situations.
- You are organized, rigorous, dynamic, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are proficient in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and comfortable leading meetings, taking notes, and sharing minutes.
- You are results-oriented and understand the importance of customer satisfaction.
- You are capable of managing projects from start to finish (events, press releases, workshops, etc.).
- You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, or Business.
- You have strong written and spoken communication skills in both French and English.
- You are familiar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
