The Consultant is a key contributor in projects involving helping clients implement and customise their workforce management technology and strategy. Consultants participate in a wide range of activities and project phases including Workforce Management (WFM) implementation, vendor selection, support, change management, and training. This is a remote position based in England.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to WFM Infor projects with the following project deliverables:
- Collaborate with the project team and client
- Contribute to all phases of a project (Discovery, Design, Build and Test and Deploy)
- Gather business requirements, and document the functional or technical system design
- Utilize Axsium tools, systems, and methodology effectively on projects
- Participate in client-facing presentations
- Accountable for timely and quality delivery of assigned project tasks
- Proactively communicate status and updates with project leadership for assigned tasks
- Develop an understanding of Axsium products and services (e.g., Opus, Studia, Planara, and Change Management); and be able to identify associated client opportunities
- Represent Axsium to our clients in the following ways:
- Present and always conduct yourself in a professional manner, with client and internal resources following camera first policy
- Demonstrate the ability to navigate difficult situations in a calm and structured way and seek help if required
- Support meetings and workshops with the client
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients on projects
- Gain familiarity with Axsium service offerings and WFM vendor landscape, and raise opportunities for additional work to the Axsium project leader
- Proactively provide notification of availability and adhere to project assignment hours
- Comply with Axsium data security policies and Human Resources policies
- Communicate clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner with peers, leadership, and all others at Axsium
- Effectively use bench time for personal development and/or Axsium’s improvement
- Act as an ambassador for Axsium culture in personal presentation, commitment, and integrity
- Obtain and measurably demonstrate increasing knowledge in WFM processes and systems, through training and experience
- Collaborate within Axsium with peers through ASK and other knowledge sharing forums
Requirements:
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and propose alternative solutions
- Demonstrate confident and concise written, presentation, and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Works well as part of a remote team and independently
- Deadline driven, open to taking initiative and ability to multi-task
- 2+ years of consulting experience ideally in WFM
- 2+ years of experience working with workforce management technologies including but not limited to labor forecasting, schedule optimisation, time keeping, budgeting, and task management
- University or college degree ideally in business, computer science, and information systems
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
