BI Analyst in London

We're seeking a talented BI Analyst to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, driving execution, and collaborating with highly cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our users.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain intuitive Looker dashboards, Looks, and Explores that support day-to-day decision-making across the business.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into clear, well-defined analytics solutions.
• Analyse data to identify trends, variances, and key drivers, communicating insights through clear visuals and commentary.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating outputs and collaborating with analytics and data engineering teams.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience delivering self-service analytics in a modern BI tool (ideally Looker), with strong SQL skills.
• Experience working with semantic or metrics layers (e.g. LookML) and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Ability to interpret data and clearly explain insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a collaborative environment.
