We’re seeking a talented Event Project Manager to join our dynamic team in London. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, driving execution, and collaborating with highly cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our users.

What You’ll Do

  • Project manage the end‑to‑end delivery of outdoor events, including staffing, equipment, and on‑site box office operations.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and support casual event and fulfilment staff, ensuring excellent delivery at all times.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, communicating updates clearly and on time.
  • Oversee budgets, payroll, health & safety, and ensure the AXS brand is represented professionally on‑site.

What You Bring

  • Experience in ticketing, fulfilment, or on‑site box office operations within music, sport, or theatre environments.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive, calm, and adaptable approach, able to manage changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.

Where You’ll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge Station. We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
