Responsibilities
- Resolve customer enquiries and sell tickets for AXS and its clients.
- Provide a highly professional customer experience via all channels including telephone, email, social media and live chat.
- Handle customer calls, queries and complaints, striving for first point resolution.
- Deliver an enthusiastic and positive customer experience that reflects our brand and makes ticketing fast, fun and simple.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience within a contact centre customer services function dealing with after‑sales service queries, requests and correspondence by phone, e‑mail, post and face‑to‑face.
- Strong customer service skills and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to remain courteous, patient and empathetic under pressure.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated and proactive.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Location and Work Hours
This role is based in our Birmingham office near Birmingham International Airport and the NEC. You will work 5 days out of 7, including weekend work.
