The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 € per year.

This role plays a key part in managing and delivering customer-facing content across AXS websites, ensuring event information is accurate, engaging and delivered on time. Working closely with the Marketing, Content and Client Services teams, you’ll help bring events to life online and support the smooth delivery of events from build through to on sale.

Responsibilities

  • Managing website and event content: Build, update and maintain event listings, promotional pages, images and copy across AXS platforms. Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, on-brand and aligned with SEO best practice.
  • Quality checks and content delivery: Carry out regular checks to ensure pages, links and content are working as expected. Ensure updates are completed correctly, documented clearly and shared with the right teams.
  • Supporting events and on-sales: Support Client Services Managers with event builds, on sales and ongoing event management. Assist with preparing events for on sale, including checking timings, links and configurations.
  • Cross-team collaboration and issue resolution: Work closely with Marketing, Content, Fulfilment and other teams to support a great customer experience. Help investigate issues, identify root causes, accelerate escalation and support timely resolution.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Knowledge of event ticket sales, ticketing technology or the live events industry.
  • Experience using a web content management system.
  • Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Location

This role is based in our London Head Office near London Bridge station. We work 3 days in the office (Tues-Thu) and 2 days from home (Monday and Friday). Flexible start and end times are available.
