AXS, a leading global ticketing, data, and marketing solutions provider, is hiring a Customer Advisor on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract for its offices in Birmingham.
Responsibilities
- Resolve customer enquiries and sell tickets for AXS and its clients.
- Provide a highly professional customer experience via all channels including telephone, email, social media and live chat.
- Be knowledgeable about all areas of the business, covering customer calls, queries and complaints, while always striving for first‑point resolution.
- Ensure the customer's experience is excellent, driven with enthusiasm and positivity to help make ticketing fast, fun and simple.
Qualifications
- Can speak and write in French.
- Relevant experience within a contact‑centre customer services function dealing with after‑sales service queries, requests and correspondence by phone, email, post and face‑to‑face.
- Strong customer service skills and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and a courteous listener who maintains patience and empathy even when under pressure.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated and proactive.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Location and Working Conditions
This role is based in our Birmingham office near Birmingham International Airport and the NEC. You will work 5 days out of 7, including weekend work.
