We’re seeking a talented BI Analyst to join our dynamic team in London.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain intuitive Looker dashboards, Looks, and Explores that support day‑to‑day decision‑making across the business.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into clear, well‑defined analytics solutions.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, variances, and key drivers, communicating insights through clear visuals and commentary.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating outputs and collaborating with analytics and data engineering teams.

What You Bring

  • Hands‑on experience delivering self‑service analytics in a modern BI tool (ideally Looker) and strong SQL skills.
  • Experience working with semantic or metrics layers (e.g. LookML) and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
  • Ability to interpret data and clearly explain insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a collaborative environment.

Where You’ll be based at our head office opposite London Bridge Station. We work 3 days in the office (Tues‑Thu) and 2 days from home (Mon and Fri). We also offer flexible start and end times and welcome flexible working conversations.
