We are seeking a highly motivated Growth Marketing Intern to join the Marketing team at Blockchain.com. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth fintech and crypto environment, working alongside experienced professionals on real business initiatives. You will contribute to meaningful projects that support scaling acquisition and engagement through AI‑driven automation, community signals, and engineering‑led marketing experiments, while developing practical skills and gaining exposure to how a global technology company operates.

Duration: 6‑month internship, with potential for permanent employment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Support day‑to‑day activities and projects within the Growth Marketing Team.
• Assist in delivering initiatives related to automating growth workflows, building AI‑powered marketing tools, rapid experimentation with non‑engineering stacks.
• Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Compliance, Data and Customer Success.
• Prepare documentation, presentations, or insights for internal stakeholders.
• Learn industry best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative/technical field (e.g., Engineering, Analytics, Applied Sciences).
• Technical curiosity, automation‑first mindset, experimental builder, growth hacker energy.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
