This is a junior-level position, ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation : Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, networking events, and email campaigns.
  • Sales Outreach : Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position our services as the ideal solution through advisory and value alignment (use cases, etc.).
  • Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with regular touchpoints, ensuring consistent progress towards individual and team sales targets.
  • Client Meetings : Arrange and participate in client meetings, presenting tailored solutions to negotiate and close deals, and liaising with the client during onboarding.
  • CRM Management : Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, and ensuring relevant documents are in place.
  • Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, emerging technologies, and market opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
  • Target Achievement : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, aided by robust planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid working environment.
