With a strong foothold in European markets, we are expanding into the UK and seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to support our growth. This is a junior-level position, ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, research, and qualify potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, networking events, and email campaigns.
- Sales Outreach: Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position our services as the ideal solution through advisory and value alignment (use cases, etc.).
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with regular touchpoints, ensuring consistent progress towards individual and team sales targets.
- Client Meetings: Arrange and participate in client meetings, presenting tailored solutions to negotiate and close deals, and liaising with the client during onboarding.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, and ensuring relevant documents are in place.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, emerging technologies, and market opportunities to enhance sales strategies.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs, aided by robust planning and forecasting.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
