In this Credit Controller role, you will manage cash collection, reduce aged debt, and support month-end activities within a growing finance team. You’ll build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring accurate cash allocation and risk assessment. Responsibilities
- Managing collections and reducing aged debt
- Cash allocation and account reconciliations
- Resolving customer queries and disputes
- Producing aged debt reports and supporting month-end activities
- Assessing credit risk and opening new customer accounts
- Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
Key requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Credit Control or Accounts Receivable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Good Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Experience using ERP systems
