This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and growing organisation where you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting operational decision-making, and contributing to the continued success of the business.Reporting to the Financial Controller, you’ll be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and providing financial insight to operational teams. This is a varied, commercially focused role offering excellent exposure across the business and genuine opportunities for career development.Key responsibilities:Preparing monthly management accounts with analysis and commentarySupporting budgeting, forecasting, and annual planningMonitoring production costs, inventory, margins, and operational KPIsProducing variance analysis and identifying trends and opportunitiesBusiness partnering with operational managers to improve performance and control costsSupporting cash flow forecasting, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end reportingAssisting with stock reporting, financial controls, and process improvementsAbout you:ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experiencePrevious experience in a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant roleStrong analytical and communication skills with a commercial mindsetManufacturing experience is advantageous but not essentialThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to develop their career within a thriving manufacturing business.
