Axon Moore is delighted to be partnering with an organisation based in Central Manchester that is looking to bolster what is an already strong commercial finance team with the addition of a Qualified, Commercial Accountant. The position will focus strongly on Business Partnering and FP&A, utilising your analytical capability to deliver long-term commercial projects that will contribute significantly to the organisation’s ongoing development. Main Duties:
- Deliver client assignments as directed by the project lead.
- Deliver agreed outputs in line with clients’ expectations.
- Identify and manage any issues that arise.
- Present work for review by the Project Lead.
- Contribute to final client deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior consultants.
- Maintain and develop effective relationships with clients to drive continual work.
- Obtain a deep understanding of clients’ business and contribute to the identification of additional work.
- Support business development through analysis and lead generation.
- Assist in the development of additional products and services.
- Operate as an effective team member.
- Support internal activities when required.
Person Specification:
- ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualified.
- Relevant experience of commercial analytics.
- Able to support the business function and senior management team.
- Excellent communicator, capable of disseminating financial information to both finance, and non-finance individuals.
- Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
- Advanced Excel skill set.
