The business are therefore now looking to hire a Commercial Business Partner into a newly created role to work closely with the Commercial FD, taking ownership of the commercial and financial reporting that underpins decision-making across the group – from weekly performance reporting and utilisation analysis to budget management and new site openings. The role would be ideally suited to a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified accountant with at least two years’ post-qualified experience, looking for a varied, hands-on commercial finance role with genuine exposure to operations and real influence over how the position develops. This is a newly created role within a business on a clear growth trajectory, offering the right candidate the opportunity to shape the position and progress alongside the company’s expansion! Key duties will include:Producing weekly KPI reports and cost analysis to keep sites operating within budgetLiaising with regional and site managers on staffing levels and budgetsAnalysing weekly activity data to support utilisation targetsPreparing performance analysis for board meetingsVisiting sites to review staffing against demand levelsSupporting the setup of new sites, including staff budgetingPreparing business cases and ad hoc investigations into site performance The successful candidate will:Be CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualified experience – EssentialBe confident reading and interpreting a P&L – EssentialHold a full, clean driving licence for regular site visits – EssentialHave strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills – EssentialHave excellent attention to detail and a proactive, flexible approach – EssentialHave previous exposure to a multi-site or operational environment – Highly desirableWhat’s on offer:A newly created role with real scope to shape its directionFantastic career progression within a fast-growing businessPlease note this is an office based position
