Axonas is operating in partnership with a growing Scale-Up in their latest recruitment drive and is excited to be managing the recruitment process for this open role.
The company is one of the most exciting names within the Data Analytics Software Industry who continue to grow within the Enterprise market having taken their funding beyond $400m+. Our technology combines some of the latest AI-powered tools to provide enterprise businesses with a comprehensive suite of Analytics capabilities which can easily be embedded within enterprise products and services.
Following continued growth and investment in the DACH region, we are now seeking our 1st Account Executive to cover the region and take full ownership of all commercial customers and prospects. Given recent acquisitions, product advancements and overall Analytics adoption within the DACH market, we are experiencing unprecedented appetite from the market and require someone to ensure we maximise this opportunity to acquire new logo's and grow the overall region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their sales career within one of the hottest area's of technology right now. You will be working directly with a high-powered leadership team who will provide hands-on support to ensure you close as much business as possible. There is also an opportunity to eventually own this entire region in the next few years given the growth rates and progress of the company overall.
Role – Account Executive DACH – German Speaking
Location – London (3-4 Days a week)
Salary – upto £75 basic x 2 OTE
Role:
- Solely responsible for New Business development efforts in the Commercial market within DACH region – no competition with any other reps in the company!
- Run entire end-to-end sales process with prospective clients from PG to close
- Average Deal Size ranging from $100k-400k
- Existing SDR team providing Lead Generation Support
- Partnership and Marketing programmes providing inbound opportunities
- Selling entire product suite across all Analytics Software
- Supported by Regional and European Leaders who are some of the best in the industry!
- Huge opportunity to overachieve against quota given inbound and full ownership of region!
Experience Needed:
- 1-2 years field sales experience selling b2b Software to the DACH market
- Previous experience focussed on Pipeline Generation activities – ideally having progressed from an SDR role
- Value-Based Sales Experience
- Coachability – you will be learning from some of the best in the industry who are looking to help someone fulfil their potential in Sales
- Proactive Mindset – you are persistent, hungry and self-driven
- Start-up mentality – you thrive within a scrappy, fast-paced environment where you will be managing multiple customers in different stages of their lifecycle with us, with varying levels of adoption of our technology
